Whale was founded in 2018 and has created a SaaS tool that helps (growing) companies centralize their knowledge base so they can onboard, train, and support their teams better.
In the last year, the team has grown from 2 to 7 people. After another successful fundraising round, this promising start-up is investing into scaling up the team.

What will you be doing?

As a Customer Success Manager and onboarding expert, you introduce our new customers to the Whale environment. You guide the customers during the first weeks of onboarding and ensure a successful first experience. You are the connecting link between sales, customer support and the product team.

  • Provide excellent onboarding, technical support and personal service.
  • Able to Spot sales opportunities that work out well for the customer and Whale
  • Document and track customer issues and resolutions
  • Detect areas for improvement in our CS services & Product
  • Communicate with users about product updates or new features on a regular base

Human skills
  • You quickly understand our customers needs and pain points
  • You always proactively look for solutions
  • You are good at organizing, developing and optimizing processes
  • You take ownership of tasks. You always try to go for the best quality possible taking timing and budget into account
  • You are interested in evolving towards a team lead role
Technical skills
  • You have at least 4 years experience in a customer success role
  • Knowledge of mainstream online platforms and platforms like Notion, Slack, Intercom or similar
  • You speak perfect Dutch and English

You are a Intercom expert (or similar)
