About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Success officer who is passionate about delighting customers and helping them get the most value from the products we build for them. You'd be responsible for running Whale's onboarding experience with our clients – and managing the client relationship throughout the year.

What you'll be doing
  • 2 - 3 years of relevant work experience in customer success, account management, digital consultancy or project management, preferably in a SaaS business
  • You speak and write fluently English
  • You have strong problem-solving skills, with excellent written and verbal communication
  • You are a team player who works autonomously and proactively
  • Strong communicator, a great listener, and a passion for service
